ABOUT ME
My passion for embracing my 'seasoning' came about after I experienced my own mid-life 'chrysalis' when I turned 50.
I spent quite some time in denial and hiding my talents - acutely aware of how ageist and dismissive society is to the woman of wisdom.

And in that process of coming back into alignment, of stepping into my own ‘seasoning’,
I recognised the significant potential for many women of wisdom to lose their voices as they moved into mid-life and beyond.
To feel judged, invisible and insignificant and often diminished by a social narrative that neither supported nor sustained their value.

Life has many seasons - love and loss, commitment and freedom, seeking and seeding,
awakening, transformation and eldership.

The key to inner peace and flow lies in moving from one season to another with grace, courage and authenticity.

My personal manifesto is to be a mentor and guide and support you through those seasons,
encouraging you to step into full alignment,
get comfortable in your own skin,
and give your inner voice centre-stage.
