The Voice of a Leader Program for Women incorporates a one-day workshop designed to help professional women communicate with more authority when engaging with key internal and external stakeholders. Women unintentionally undermine their natural authority by the way they speak, interact and present to colleagues and clients. This Program offers strategies and techniques to manage a range of challenging communication issues.
The Voice of a Leader Program for Women has been designed and developed by a full-time professional speaker and speaker coach, from the understanding gained during an extensive career in people development and creative industries leadership. It encompasses skillsets and mindsets evolved over years of development in entertainment, peak performance, coaching training, facilitation and professional public speaking on national and international platforms.
This program is designed to allow for maximum involvement and practice in a very safe and supportive environment, with minimum stress and is ideally conducted over one day to allow continual practice, coaching and positive encouragement.
